14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging included.

How To Request A Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@gracesfaith.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@gracesfaith.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, returned without the original packaging, or returned after the 14-day return window has passed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please remember that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
